Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownie Cups

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t. vanilla
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • 1/2 – 1 c. chocolate chips
Prepare whatever type of brownies you prefer. From scratch or box. Fill up cupcake pans with a baking cup (if preferred) about 2/3 full. Spoon in at least a Tablespoon of the cream cheese/chocolate chip mixture. Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes or until edges of brownie cups appear spongy.

  1. I have made something like this before. I think mine come from Kraftfoods.com. LOVE them! They are a favorite with my kiddos too! :)
