1 (15 ounce) can canned pumpkin puree
2 cups white sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
mix and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes
Frosting:
1 softened 8oz cr. cheese
1 softened T butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg (4-6 cups) pwd sugar *start with 4 cups and add for desired consistency and flavor
1/2 -1 cup coconut flakes
